Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci is a Romanian gymnast (born 12 November 1961, in Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej [now Onesti] Romania). She was the first gymnast to score a perfect 10 during an Olympic celebration. Bela Karalyi came across Comaneci at age six. Later, she would be Romania's gymnastics coach. At first, she competed in the championships for juniors from Romania in 1969, she was 13th. And in 1970, was crowned champion. In 1972, during a meet of communist countries junior athletes before the Olympics she took home three gold medals. In 1973 and '74 she was the overall junior champion. When she competed for the first time at a senior level Lyudmila Turkishcheva from Russia took home five gold medals as well being awarded a silver. In 1976, she won the American Cup at the New York City Olympics. She also became the first woman in history to dismount the bars in parallel with the double backward salto. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. When she was in her teens she started appearing on touring shows like Ice Capades as a skater along with her younger sibling Nina Wayne. Carol Marie Wayne, born in Chicago Illinois US on 6 September 1942. Carol started her career in entertainment as a teenager. Her career began with her joining Nina Wayne to perform in Ice Capades, a traveling spectacle of entertainment. They featured ice skating shows which included stage performances.
