Angela Christine Watson is an American model and actress. She was best known as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson is a National Board Certified teacher with the degree of a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction. She has over 11 years of teaching experience as well as over a decade of experience as instructor coach. Angela started this website in 2003 when she was a brand new teacher who wanted to assist teachers in developing an attitude of positivity and discuss classroom strategies. It was initially called Ms. Powell's management ideas for teachers from 2003 until 2008. Then, it was renamed The Cornerstone for Teachers, in the wake the book. Angela Powell's productivity professional development is now being used at over 45,000 public schools in the USA through her 40 Hour Workweek initiative. The program was initially designed to help teachers but later broadened to include coaches, instructors and even administrators 40 Hour helps educators to focus on their own contractual and educational time.
