Zazie O. Beetz was born in Berlin on November 21 1991. Her father is who was a German cabinetmaker who moved to America United States after the Fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990, is also her mother, a South African American social worker. Jennifer Aniston graduated from the High School where she took classes. Beetz was a graduate of LaGuardia in 2007, went to Skidmore College and studied French. After college she immediately auditioned for the role of Van in Atlanta. Beetz was born in Berlin and was raised by the father of a German American and an African American mother living in New York, spoke both German as well as English in her home. In community theaters as well as local stages from childhood, Zazie found her joy at the age of six and went on to grow into acting.
