Apart from acting, she's also appeared on a range of game-based programs. She is the daughter of the scientist Richard F. Post and his wife, poet Marylee Post was raised in Walnut Creek and Stanford alongside her twin siblings. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her high school that she chose to attend. She participated as a cheerleader. In the following year, she attended Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Post married Stephen Knox in the past.
